D:  turkey sloppy Joe's (DH's request), not sure about side items

  • 40-60 mins on the elliptical. Haven decided how long I'll go yet 
  • B: bagel w/egg, ham, and cheese, coffee <-- not the healthiest breakfast, but I have been fasting since midnight and that is what sounds good right now

    L: hopefully a big salad with grilled chicken

    E: run with H, Bob, and baby

    S: yogurt

    D: not sure, staying with my dad - whatever they have for dinner

  • E1 - 4 miles on the treadmill this morning. Finally woke up at 5:00 am to do it. Woo!

    B - coffee w/milk, homemade "egg mcmuffin" with 1/2 a slice of ham, little bit of cheese on a ww english muffin

    S - fruit

    L - chicken/rice/salsa leftovers + greek yogurt + veggies

    S - nugo bar

    D - chicken marsala + a vegetable

  • B: 2 slices nutty oat French toast, clementine, 2 strawberries, chai tea latte. 

    S1: Iced unsweetened blood orange tea, 2 Dunkin' Donuts munchkin donuts (H met me at the park and tempted me, blast him).

    L: Salad - 2 cups spinach, 2 cups herb salad mix, 1 sliced carrot, 8 sliced mini bell peppers,  1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese, 2 tbsp light Greek vinaigrette. La Croix.

    S2: Grapes.

    D:Hawaiian BBQ pork pizza, salad.

  • E- I was supposed to take a day off of running since I need to be careful with my shin splints, but I just remembered I have soccer! I am not going to miss it.

    I am also scheduled for a Chalean burn circuit (not sure which one atm)

  • S: honey gel 

    E: 45 minute indoor cycle 

    B: scrambles eggs, smoothie, & coffee 

    S: protein bar & green tea

    L: almond butter & honey on whole grain, 1/2 banana, mixed berries

    S: coconut yogurt & cucumbers; maybe some crackers before dinner with coffee

    D: 1/2 baked sweet potato on salad with vegetables
