L: Salad - 2 cups spinach, 2 cups herb salad mix, 1 sliced carrot, 8 sliced mini bell peppers, 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese, 2 tbsp light Greek vinaigrette. La Croix.

E- I was supposed to take a day off of running since I need to be careful with my shin splints, but I just remembered I have soccer! I am not going to miss it.
