Hey! I had my baby with me in DC and he was off schedule so we kept it simple and just stopped by the SC yesterday to snap a quick picture, did a little cheer and left. In related PCE news, we made it to Foggy Bottom in time to see the GWU Trayvon Martin protest.

Be glad you didn't stay long - it was freezing!!! By the time I got home, I couldn't feel my toes.
Glad you got to at least see it, though, and glad you got to see the Martin protest.
Let me know the next time you're in town and we'll try and meet up for lunch / coffee / drink, etc.

And the weather was the other reason we didn't stick around. I hadn't packed appropriately for the cold. Not so bad for me but I had the baby wrapped up in all my scarves.
Definitely will let you know next time I'll be in town.
