Help me with potluck breakfast, please
We are having a potluck breakfast in my office, and I need to bring something to feed 16 people. We have a small microwave, but that's it as far as cooking. I take the bus to work, so whatever I bring has to be easily transportable. I am thinking of making blueberry and/or banana nut pancakes and reheating in microwave. My other idea is homemade cherry almond granola with vanila greek yogurt, but I'm not sure how that would go over with this crowd. Other people are bringing muffins, bagels and fruit, so that's out.
Re: Help me with potluck breakfast, please
I like the granola/yogurt idea. It'll be easy to transport. Seems like all the other easy stuff is already taken!
Pancakes would work too. I think either of those would be fine!

Quiche would be another thing easy to make and transport, maybe one with meat (bacon, cheddar) and a veggie option (I love spinach and/or broccoli- with cheese of course)
They can be served room temp or easily heated in the microwave

I always bring monkey bread to breakfast pot lucks.
