Re: **Darkling**
I am studying Geographic Information Systems.
My thesis is "Creating a Flexible Prescriptive Analytical Model for the Optimal Site Selection of a Luxury Small Business."
On a day to day basis (for my job) I make maps for a living. This is fun! Geostatistics is not. It is deathly boring.

OMG! Someone who knows what it is?! Yay!
I really hated it at first but when I started doing more and more I got into it. Now I'm learning to program and really enjoying the "techy" side of it. Statistics still suck though.

I know!
I got through ALL of college without a math course. It wasn't until I got to graduate school (when it was exponentially harder) that I had to take one.
And then, like a dummy, I pick a research topic which uses all sorts of algorithms.
Oh well... it's almost finished!

Man, I wish I could have gotten through without math. I got a C in college algebra haha.
I really hope the History program picks me up and takes me into their loving graduate school arms.
