It's not April Fool's Day yet, is it?

Today in my office I have had an infestation of ants, dumped an entire glass of Coke on my keyboard, and had a wasp buzzing around.

And not been able to accomplish anything of my own for training one sales rep and handling another rep's clients while she's out from surgery.

I have also been asked via email to look up a client phone number in the program that was also sitting open on the sender's computer right in front of them. Because apparently, sending an email is faster than looking it up yourself.

Did I mention that we're getting audited tomorrow, and I've also been handed 3 tasks that must be done before then, in addition to 2 I already had sitting on my desk.

Andplusalso, everything that's come into my path today has been weird, random, and otherwise an exception to the way the "normal" task is done.

REALLY?!?!

  • Agreed--cheers!

In the past week I've been suspended from Twitter twice.  First I thought it was something I wrote but 2x is excessive.  I'm beginning to think that my XH is reporting me. My face is on my Twitter account and my BFF made the mistake of quoting me one day and he follows her.  Seriously, does he have nothing better to do with his time than bully me online?!

OMG! THis is my BIGGEST pet peeve around here.  I have 1 coworker who will spend 5-10 mins. telling me what she wants me to do when it would take her 30 seconds and 2 mouse clicks to do it herself.   This morning she asked me if I had time to put company information in the system for 1 company and then a 1 min. explanation that she needs the address, phone number, website.

    Hope your day gets better.

Oh man one of my co workers does this too!! He used to be terrible about doing it with PHONE CALLS because seriously, if you want me to call someone and ask them a question about something I know NOTHING About, you have to spend waaaaay more time explaining it to me than you would if you actually just did it yourself! I just don't get it.
