What's your running in the rain gear?
It was pelting down the other night so I had to give the treadmill a go, not my idea of fun or motivating. So if you run in the rain what do you wear?
The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page.
Re: What's your running in the rain gear?
I really don't wear anything different than if I was running on a dry day. I always run in moisture-wicking materials, and I tend to sweat a lot when I run, so I'm usually just as wet after a rainy run than a clear one. One difference is that in the rain I always wear a (wicking) hat with a bill, to keep the rain out of my eyes.
I don't mind running in a light or steady rain. I avoid it if it's absolutely pouring, though... and of course if there's lightning/thunder.
