Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Got a phone call from doctors office. Iron levels are up 4.2 pts since the hospital. She wants me to be at a 12 which is .8 more pts to go. Wohoo - I am getting better. I still have to go get throat thing and colonoscopy done still. Oh well.

I have severe acid reflux that has scarred my throat - they want to make sure I am not bleeding from there or the upper part of my stomach and upper bowel parts.
No that's why I have to get a throat scope done and a colonoscopy - they want to find out where I am bleeding from.
That is great news!!! You will be back to your old self in no time!!!
