Breast augmentation

I need some serious advice about breast augmentation. I'm planning ahead, for when she is a bit older and in the 10-12 year old age division. I want her to look sexy. How many cup sizes can she go up at once time? Are there any plastic surgeons who will do a discount if we both get it done at the same time?

I'm sure Kim Khardashian will chime in to recommend a good platic surgeon. But, I really want to let you know that aspirin is far more effective than Tylenol as a pain reliever.

Well, if that's where your priorities lie, then good for you.  I'm teaching my child that she is beautiful no matter what she looks like, or when she develops breasts.
