DH bought home a burrata from a local dairy farm yesterday so I'm making a crostini with that on multi-grain bread with grilled escarole and carmelized onions.  We'll probalby have a tomato/basil salad and sauteed baby artichokes with it.  And lots of red wine.

OMG that sounds to-die-for. I love burrata. If I see it on a menu, I have to get it. The rest of the menu sounds great too. Might steal this entire dinner sometime

I'm babysitting tonight and the kids want pancakes. Works for me because i cant have meat today  So I'm making those, bacon for them, eggs for me and fruit for everyone. 

 

H is working late and will get dinner at work.
