Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Grandson update/good news!
Thank you for the good thoughts...so far it looks like he may have only injured his arm, since that's the only thing he says hurts.
They haven't done x rays yet, but they did prod/poke and did a sonogram. He said ow when the sonogram tech got near his private parts, but my daughter said that it didn't sound like it hurt, more like a reaction to the tech getting too close.
So far his biggest complaint has been that "the ambulance driver drove way too fast."
It turns out that he wondered if he could see his school (he looooves school) from his bedroom, and stepped up to get a better view and leaned into the screen. *sigh*
UPDATE to the update: they are doing a CT scan to make sure everything is okay in his head/neck, and they did the chest/arm x rays already, but DH didn't tell me any results.
I decided that we were all very lucky today, and went out and bought a few of mega milllions tickets before the sales close. I had 25 minutes to spare. The clerk said that they sold thousands of tickets today alone.

That's great news about the arm and this part made me laugh. He'll be hearing this story the rest of his life.
Knowing him, he will be telling this story for quite some time.
