What is your favorite way to eat greek yogurt?

I have just recently discovered this amazing product and while I've found some ideas online I want to know what you ladies like!

So far.............I have used it to make a smoothie, eaten it with some honey mixed in, used it to make protein bars, and eaten it with some fruit spread and a touch of honey mixed in (which was delicious and the fruit spread only 25 calories!)

Re: What is your favorite way to eat greek yogurt?

  • I use it in place of milk/butter when I make boxed mac 'n' cheese for DS.
  • I eat it topped with granola.

I also use plain greek yogurt in making sauces and dips like tzatziki.

  • Spread on a bagel, cinnamon bread or toast in place of cream cheese.

In ice cream maker with fruit to make frozen yogurt.

In stead of sour cream on a baked potato.

Nutmeg, cilantro, sage, mint, thyme... these are a few of my favorite things! Visit The Nest!Visit The Nest! We have four children; one left us too soon.
  • I like fruit flavored greek yogurt dropped by the small spoonful onto a cookie sheet covered in waxed paper.  I freeze it and then put them drops into a ziploc bag and store them in the freezer.  When i want ice cream, I take a handful of frozen yogurt drops instead.
  • Greek yogurt has been a staple with my family since before I was born...obviously way before it became "in".  We always topped rice pilaf with it and used it in place of sour cream with some dishes.

I love eating it for breakfast with homemade granola, or fresh fruit, or with honey and chopped walnuts.
