I have several sub buns leftover from dinner. Can I freeze them for later use? If so, any tips on how to freeze/defrost? Thanks
Re: Freezing leftover bread?
I freeze bread all the time...white bread, hamburger buns, hot dog rolls etc. Whenever they are on sale I buy two or three times what we need and freeze the rest. I just throw them in the freezer in whatever package they come in and then sit them out on the counter to thaw...you'd never know they were frozen.
If they are leftovers I'd just wrap it in plastic wrap tightly and maybe put it in a ziplock bag.
