This morning I did my first Body Attack class. I've done RPM, Flow, Pump, Combat, Step, and Zumba so I'm no stranger to group fitness but OMG that class was intense.
I almost threw up twice, I wanted to cry when I realized that it wasn't even half-over yet, I burned 560 calories in 58 minutes and my max heart rate was just under 200 (with an average heart rate around 170.. which is about where I max out on most climbing tracks in RPM).
It was incredible! I am blown away by how easy it was to follow and yet how HARD it was! I'm so excited to go back next weekend and for the class to get easier as I go more often.
The instructor said "It will never be EASY but it will definitely get easiER by coming to class often."
If you've been thinking about going but have been putting it off-- GO! It's worth it. It's by far the best workout I've ever gotten from a group fitness class.

Thanks for posting this - for some reason, I've been putting off trying Body Attack too. I think this is it - I have to try it this week!
looks fun! Thanks for suggestion the Les Mills website - I've never taken or taught any of those classes and they look great!
