Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. Lightly breaded and fried fish sandwich. Fast and easy!

Ingredients:

1. 2 red snapper filets.

2. about a half of a cup of Bread crumbs.

3. 2 Eggs and a tbs of milk

4. A tsp each of: Pepper, salt and cayenne pepper.

5. Lettuce, tomato, onion and avocado.

6. 3 tbs Mayonnaise, 1 tbs Lemon juice and 2 tbs sweet relish.

7. Canola oil. 

8. Bread.

Recipe:

1. Heat up a frying pan with canola oil about a cups worth.

2. While thats getting hot grab your bread crumbs and seasonings, put them in a bowl and stir them around. Whisk your eggs and milk in a separate bowl.

3. Take your veggies and cut them up for your sandwich. 

4. Flick a drop of water in the pan to see if the oil is hot. If it is hot turn the flame down to a medium.

5. Dip red snapper filet in egg mixture dripping off any excess. Then dip it in the bread crumb mixture till evenly coated. Place gently in frying pan to avoid burn. Do the same with the other filet.

6. While they are browning mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice and relish with a pinch of salt and pepper and you'll have a delis homemade tarter sauce to spread on your sandwich.

7. Check the filets and if they are golden brown flip them. They should take about 3 minutes on each side. Could be less or more depending on the size of the flame.

8. when they are done browning put them on a plate with a paper towl to remove any excess oil. Toast your bread and make your fish filet sandwich. (:
