How would you style this bridesmaid dress?

I will be wearing this bridesmaid dress next month:

How would you style it?  I tried it on last night and it seemed like my neck area is boring, but I don't know how to handle that with the top detail of the dress.

The wedding color is pink, but the bride has said that she doesn't care what we do accessories- or shoes-wise.  And I'm the only one with that specific dress -- we were told to wear grey dresses of our choosing -- and the bride's dress is kind of busy (it has a grey pattern on it), so there may be a lot of variety and busy-ness in the bridal party. 

ETA: I am, very sadly, allergic to earrings (can't even wear clip-ons)

I would do a layered pearl necklace with either blue or pink pearls mixed with white, pearl studs and pewter or gray shoes.

Love that dress! Do you mind sharing where you got it? I would probably ask the other bridesmaids how formal/dressy they are going with theirs. That dress lookalike like it would be cute with a longer necklace and I am loving the pink shoe idea!

I was def going to say that is a J.Crew dress. It screams "J.Crew", lol.

 

I definitely like the layered pearl necklace idea with different colored pearls. Could you get them in another wedding color?
