Can you recommend a neutral Tarte Amazonian Clay blush?

I haven't been able to get to a Sephora, but I am really interested in purchasing a Tarte Amazonian Clay blush after all the recommendations on here.

I am Asian, and have no idea what color would be a good neutral color for me. Can anyone recommend one, or is it best that I visit my Sephora?

  • You may want to check out Tarte's Exposed.  That seems to be a favorite for a neutral.
  • I have buff (described as a shimmery nude).  I love it and don't find it very shimmery.
  • Love Exposed. It looks nothing like what is in the container. It works with your natural skin tone. I have a pale olive skin tone and I tan really easily. This is a great color to give me some color and brightness to my face without looking like I'm wearing too much blush. Read the reviews for a more accurate depiction of the color.

  • Or Dollface, it's a very light pink, but it might be too pale for your skin tone.
  • I LOVE these blushes..I have it in dollface, amused, and natural beauty. I would get someone to rec one at the store, but my guess is dollface if your skin is lighter...otherwise I would go with exposed or natural beauty. Exposed is more of a neutral tanish/rose, natural beauty is more of a redish/watermelon pink...a little goes a long way with that shade, but it is so pretty.

You  could google some swatches and see how it looks on some bloggers too...

I'm not sure about dollface - I have yellow undertones and on me it's all wrong with dollface.

I second exposed, or even glisten.

Exposed will probably be a good fit, though I second the suggestion about searching Google Images for swatches.

  • I got Exposed because I was buying it online without seeing it in person, and it seemed popular as a neutral. I have been very happy with it.
