Help with upper body

Now that I am getting i the groove of running(C25k week 6), my lower body is definitely toning up. My upper body leaves something to be desired. Can anyone recommend a quick upper body routine/circuit for the gym?

  • If you're looking for super simple and quick, there's always push ups and planks. You can move around in plank position to get your shoulders as well. You'll feel the right place. Plank forward and backward.
