So, what did you think of the long awaited birth? Love the name - very sweet. I thought that the birth itself was a little trite, but if you can just view the show as a little goofy and fun then I can go with it.

I thought the birth was hilariously touching.  Im glad it wasn't too much of a play against Booth's religion.  When she screamed at the "innkeeper" and Booth was all "Shes telling the truth, she'll really squat on your lawn!"  I really laughed.

The name is adorable and the surprise party at the end was adorable too.

I agree.  It was a little cheesy, but typical Bones, IMO.  Esp since they'd fought about how the Nativity is just a myth...I cracked up.

I did give the side eye to the fact that she just walked in a few hours later to the loft carrying the baby, and didn't look too bad.  :-)

I'm SO glad this show is back though!

No, I think it was the same day. She was still wearing her purple dress and there was blood on Booth's shirt.

And she wasn't even doing the awkward "I just gave birth, drug-free at that, so I feel like I just got hit in the downstairs by a sledgehammer" walk! She just strode in like the biggest stress on her body lately was a paper cut. I get that Brennan is a bamf and all, but that was a bit much.

i didn't get why they were yelling she HAD to get a room asap....and then it looked like hours later, having the baby in the barn IN THE DARK. if the hospital was 10 miles away....they could have made it before the sun went down.

I am just impressed that she had a baby that looked like it weighed as much as my 5 month old.

I am also glad she wanted a home birth. The commercials made it seem like she was a crazy typical tv lady in labor and I was telling my husband it didn't make any sense that she would want a baby in a hospital ha ha.
