I've had several more expensive restaurant meals lately and have found that overall I enjoy the cheap food in little places more than the 'fancy' stuff. Then I get annoyed at the amount of money we spend trying new places.

That's why I love this one place, cheap and fancy at the same time with amazing food. But I hate spending a lot of money on fancy food that sucks.

I am glad that I get to spend some time with a good friend tonight. I am glad that hubby is going away Sat/Sat night to see his daughters. I can have time to myself - thank god!

I think this almost always when I see tatoos. That may be flame-worthy, but it is the truth.

I totally agree with both of you.

I knew a guy who had a tattoo of a penis on his back.  Yes, a penis.  Now it was cartoon like, and not a big tattoo, but really?  Do you want your future kids to see a penis everytime you take your shirt off?  I just don't get it.

When I go to work today with the possibility of getting fired, I'm bringing in my own camera so that I can record any and all audio of my boss. I can't take the chance of him editing out his own nastiness on his own camera systems when he's indicated that he'll go to court over paying unemployment.

My back hurts but I can't move myself as my cat has taken up residence against the back part of the chair and I don't have the heart to move him lol.

I really really wish I can take a vacation by myself. No H. I need a few days to myself because I can't stand the constant barage of people day in and day out any more.

Can you at least take a spa day or afternoon off somewhere by yourself?   It's understandable that everyone needs a little "me" time, and if you can't schedule a vacation then you should definitely do something for yourself on your next day off!    Mental Health Days are necessities, you know!? 

 

 

 

I have another confession, some of our very closest friends are a couple who I think are relatively attractive.  Yet I think their baby is not on the cuter side at all.     I am kinda hoping it's just b/c he's 2 and he has a big head that he'll grow into, I would hate to continue to feel bad for them for getting an ugly one.

I wish. I'm so broke I can't afford gas for my car so I'm in as often as possible. Unfortunately my days off coincide with H's and he's allllways wanting to do something together even if I'm not feeling it, when I want to work on my Portuguese. Heck I'd love a few days of quiet just to progress further into my language learning.

I have to do some writing for the work website on brain injuries. I have been doing research in each category that I have to write about. However it is so boring that i easily get distracted with online shopping and planning the girls weekend with my friends. I have only got one part of it done. oops.

I like trying new places but I love my favorites like Olive Garden and stick to them a lot.
