Yogurt Recipes

I just recently bought a big container of plain organic whole milk yogurt for my little one and probably won't use it all before it goes bad.  Does anyone have some good recipes using yogurt?  Thank you.

Since it's plain you can use it in place of half the butter/shortening in cake or cupcake recipes.  I often do that and it makes it moist and delicious.

You can use it in pancakes, waffles, quick breads, muffins as a sub for buttermilk/milk (the pancake recipe on the first page of my blog works with yogurt).
