Fashion: Good walking shoes that aren't sneakers?
I want to get some sort of walking shoe for this summer and our upcoming Disney trip. I don't want them to look like "mom sneakers" but I still want them to be supportive and not prone to giving me blisters. What would those styles be called? Is that what a boat shoe is? Don't make me buy Keds!
Re: Fashion: Good walking shoes that aren't sneakers?
Keen sienna MJ canvas shoes
Or any Keens, really.
Skechers:

Or another vote for Keens.

I have these - SO comfy. Keen Mary Janes
I also have something some Puma ballet flats, but I can't seem to find a photo of the ones I have. Super comfortable.
how do you wear these? No socks?
Most of the time no socks, yes.
If you like simple, flat shoes, check out the brand Merrell... the barefoot styles. I got this mary-jane looking pair of shoes of theirs as a sneaker replacement and I love them for walking around the city. They're on the fugly side, but they have a MJ style that looks more like a dress shoe as well. For summer I'm eyeing these sandals:

If they're half as comfy as the sneaker replacement I'm not buying sandals until they fall apart
my read shelf:
These might be to sneaker-y but I love them. I got the grey/chive a few weeks ago.
