I made the best healthy dessert last night...

Frozen greek yogurt covered blueberries.  I found this link on pinterest.

I used Cabot Vanilla Bean Greek yogurt and they were SO good.  I love ice cream and this filled the void.  I'm going to try strawberries and raspberries next!

  • If you do raspberries or strawberries, you can make it easier on yourself and pop them into an ice tray. Then pour the yogurt over them and freeze. No dipping. (which I hate to do. lol!) My kids looooove those for snacks.  :)

  • Ooh - I pinned that one too. Glad to hear it's good! Yes

  • These look really good but I have a question. I did the yogourt drops from Pintrest and they were great but after 4 mins out of the freezer they started melting (I had them in there more than an hour) and when I put them back in the freezer and ate them later they had freezer burn.

What am I doing wrong? Do you keep them in the fridge or the freezer?
