Any ideas for a really easy, quick dessert recipe? Like cookies or something portable because I'm bringing my buds dinner at their job tonight because they're doing overnights.
Something I don't really have to go out and buy anything in particular to make? Like I have the basics: flour, sugar (granulated and confectioners), baking soda, baking powder, butter, eggs, vegetable oil, buttermilk, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips.
Any suggestions?
Re: Foodie post again...

Dammit, now im hungry. Anyway, allrecipes.com has a search feature that lets you include / exclude ingredients. Try that!
This is super easy, I make them a lot and people always love them:
Chocolate-chip cream cheese "brownies"
Thank you all for the ideas
I'll let you know what I end up making when I get out of work
