We put in an offer!
Today. We put an offer on that Quad level house after visiting it last night and the layout was not choppy. The carpets have to be all replaced and we will need to buy a fridge. Nothing major stuck out as a deal breaker. The house was abandoned by the previous owners. Its in perfect location for us and almost 2000 sq ft listed for 120K!
I am so nervous! There are multiple offers and apparently the bank is sitting on offers trying to get the best one. Comps in the area are at 260k+! Yikes. I need some nestie house dust and sprinkles and what not! Wish us luck! Hopefully we get good news!
