Bed Bath and Beyond Love
Wanted to let you know that BBB is AWESOME. We got a coffee maker last year at our shower. Recently, it has started overflowing and leaving a mess on the counter when we brew coffee. We figured we needed to replace the water filter. We went to BBB to try to find one. Turns out the company (Braun) doesn't make the filters anymore. So, BBB took back our old coffee maker, gave us full store credit for it, and let us use a 20% off coupon for a new one. Thought I would do them a favor and let you know about the excellent customer service
