**Skipping** (and anyone that goes to Jimmy Johns)

I got 23/25 on my business paper about creating a winery/accessory store in France. 

"Nobody deserves 100%"  according to my instructor, and therefore I'll gladly take the 92 -- Thanks for all your help! 

Next week: Presentation on how you can improve a business. I have chosen Jimmy Johns. Anyone have any tips about how JJ's can be better?

  • Their phone ordering and how they treat you on the phone. They act like they don't know what they are doing, but make you sound like an idiot. That's how the one is near where I work.

  • Could you elaborate a bit more? Any idea of how it could be improved? (I honestly don't know the last time I actually had to order on the phone from JJs. DH used to work there so I would just text him or his coworkers what I wanted and he'd bring it home, or I'd pick it up if I was going somwhere, lol)

    I'd pick a different business; Wal-Mart, Target, Kohl's.

    In fact, there was a lot of backlash recently in regards to Target changing their website and it was not user friendly at all. I'm not sure if they changed it or not.

  • Well, I noticed that when we speak of Jimmy Johns, we refer to individual restaurants.

    When I lived in Milwaukee, they had this cool thing they used to do where they would throw the sandwich at the casher and he or she would catch it. I used to go there just to see if they were not paying any attention and the sandwich would hit the person on the head. Since I have been in Chicago I have yet to see something so cool.

    They all should be required to do that!!! 

  • Jade - that sounds silly/fun! I wish others did that. When DH used to work there and I'd visit, I was friendly with all his coworkers but I would take notice when they were being somewhat goofy with one another and slightly disregard the customer. Not cool.
