Has anyone done The Color Run?

I am registered for one and debating bringing DS in the jogging stroller. I have never done the run before, but the website sounds very supportive of bringing LOs in jogging strollers and I normally run with him anyway.

If you have done it, what do you think about bringing a LO?

I haven't done it but I can't imagine if a LO having paint thrown at them and liking it.  I think most of my nieces/nephews would be upset by this and end up crying/screaming.  Plus I know joggin strollers aren't cheap, do you really want it covered?

I personally (says the person without kids) think it would be more enjoyable just to do it yourself.

I agree with PP; I'd probably wait until C was able to do it with me (if running interests him).

I've done it. I don't think I would have enjoyed bringing my dc with me though. The people throwing the colors didn't really throw it if you if you had a stroller. But to me, the best part of it was getting covered in all the stuff.

Not sure I would have had as much fun if I had to worry about avoiding the throwers.

I'll be doing one Saturday morning with DD. I plan to put the raincover over the BOB stroller to protect it. I'll let you know it it works out!

It's not paint; it's more like colored corn starch.
