First of all, no Chrome. Go to IE or Firefox.
Secondly, acquire GIF. I have a file of them saved in My Documents. I don't know how others acquire them, but I save the ones I like when I stumble upon them (either on TN or imgur).
Go to tinypic.com and upload it as an "image". They will provide you with a nice 'n easy link to use for "forums and message boards" that you just enter into right into the text box.
And WALLA.
In repayment for my services I demand 2 hilarious GIFs I can add to my collection. Nah...better make it 3.
Gotta hit the hay now, then vacation for 4 days so I can wait for them. But I will cash in!
