freezing cinnamon rolls question
I would like to make cinnamon rolls for this weekend, but I want to have them ready ahead of time. I need suggestions on the best way to do this. Do I
A: make them into rolls and freeze before they rise? ( if so, whats the best way to get them ready to bake?)
B: Let them rise, then freeze
or C: bake them today then freeze. If this, then how long should I bake them to reheat?
TIA

Re: freezing cinnamon rolls question
I always do option C. bake them - let cool completely, wrap and freeze. get them out the night before and allow to thaw in the fridge. bake at 350 ~ 20 min.
