So a few of you have said you're over ombre in home decor, but I have to admit, I really haven't seen this much at all (I've seen the anthro shower curtain and a rug, but that's about it).
Where are you seeing this trend and can you show me some examples of rooms where it's used (whether you like it or hate it)? (I did google, but not much showed up).
I typically like ombre with clothing, so I kind of envision it look really pretty with silk curtains or pillows, but since so many of you dislike it, I'm just curious how it's used.
Re: s/o Ombre
this is the one that put me over the edge

ombre
how is it pronounced? om-bray? om-ber?
Ombre is a change in color, so where something starts our light and then gradually transitions to dark (typically the same color).
This blouse is an example:
*Edited to change my misuse of a word. I was thinking of gradient. woops!
I don't have any ombre in my house but I don't dislike it. I do think though it's one of those things that you should use sparingly.
As a side note, my wedding bouquet was ombre and I got married in 2003.
(Similar to this.)
Bouquet is pretty.
Also that cake on pinterest looks to die for!
