I made this dessert today. Big fat fail. I thought it ws odd to chill the caramel layer but I followed the recipe to a t as it was new to me. I should've followed my gut that this type of caramel layer would harden to a rock and it did. As soon as I tried cutting every layer came apart and I was stuck with a mess :-((
Guess ill only have one dessert for our get together this weekend :-( what a waste if time and ingredients. If you make these change up the caramel layer si it stays a bit soft not hard!!

I tried that with what was left and they were still hard. I think it was the caramels used. Those get hard quick I should've made mine own caramel. Ugh
