A friend of mine just posted on FB about how she saw a woman smoking with her kids and puppy in the car, and how stupid that is.
Well after a few comments of people (me included) agreeing with her a woman comments how she smokes with her kids in the car on the time, and that her kids are a lot healthier than fats kids of the world.
What a selfish-stupid "mom."

My mom smoked when pregnant with me and still does. Thanks to her, I can't breathe when its humid or cold out. Doctors say I don't have asthma but its a product of second hand smoke. Oh and I was a big baby coming out, you did that to yourself mom.

Parents smoking around their kids really pisses me off. A couple of H's friends have kids and their little girl already has that tell-tale asthma cough. Poor kid never had a chance.
When I was little I constantly got sick and at one point my mom asked my doctor why I could never get better and he flat-out told her, "Because of you. You are doing this to her." She said she'd never felt so awful in her life and after that, she never smoked around me again, and told the family that if they wanted to see me then they too had to stop smoking in their cars and homes.
I still have asthma, but I stopped getting so sick after that.
This. I still can't run more than a mile at a time without feeling like there's an elephant sitting on my chest.
My grandfather, grandmother, two uncles, and two aunts have all died from lung cancer or a smoking-related lung disease. You don't ever want to have to see that.

No. My step grandmother used to do this. It isn't a large enough flow of oxygen to spark a fire. Believe me, I've tried >_>
