Paleo "diet" - good resources?
I already eat pretty clean, but I've majorly plateaued with my weight loss. I want to try to swtich things up with my diet because I'm very happy with my work out program. I've tried googling, but I do know that there are a few here that eat this way and I am interested in looking into it more. So, any websites or books that you'd recommend? I'm the type that likes to reasearch before I do anything, so any resources you can point me to, or heck, anything useful that you want to add here to this post would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Re: Paleo "diet" - good resources?
I went grain-free at the urging of my CrossFit coaches. It's been about 2.5 months and I have definitely noticed a difference in my athletic performance the my muscle definition. I also notice I feel crappy after any kind of major "cheat."
I've googled around and looked at some general "what do you eat/what don't you eat on Paleo" websites, but since I'm not full Paleo, I don't have any specifics or favorites.
I will say that I have to eat a much larger volume of food since I'm getting my carbs from vegetables instead of grains!
I just joined a CrossFit gym and this is the link on their website to a Paleo diet resource:

I haven't tried it yet, but a lot of these recipes look really good!
I LOVE nerdfitness
Yeah, I'm kind of obsessed.
Which is weird, given that I don't eat Paleo.
I like this blog entry at Marks Daily Apple. It is actually about changing cafeteria food, but it goes over the basics of Paleo/Primal eating (primal eating includes limited dairy) and has links to journal articles.
Pinterest is a great resource for blog links, recipe ideas and info graphics. I also love the blog balanced bites. Here are some pdf info sheets from her site.
Those pdf sheets are so helpful. I'm not the OP, but I'll be using that info, Thanks!
I love the recipes on nom nom paleo!! It's my most frequently used paleo-related website.
