Paint Colors with Saltillo Tiles
What colors would coordinate well with saltillo tiles? My FH & I are soon to be new homeowners, and will be starting from scratch with decor & furnishings, so I am open to any suggestions re: color! I'm hoping to stay away from yellow, but that seems to be the most obvious option.
This pic shows the tile as well as the current color of the kitchen, which I unfortunately do not care for.
Re: Paint Colors with Saltillo Tiles
What about using something like this as an inspiration for your color palette? Staying true to the nature of the tiles, but not doing a literal interpretation.
You could paint the walls a true, bright white, then bring in accent colors like the terra cotta, blue (from the pool) and green (from the plants) to give the room personality.
