As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Pistachio crusted arctic char with braised fennel and mushrooms
Gingered eggplant over quinoa with a green salad
Mahi-Mahi with a tomatillo sauce and watermelon-jicama slaw
Red pepper fritatta with zucchini hash browns
sweet hot salmon with roasted Brussels sprouts and lemon spinach
vegetable soup and strawberry-spinach salad with goat cheese dressing
and one night of leftovers.
Got the meats down but not the sides and don't have exact days but here goes...
Sun: Grilled Flank Steak, grilled chix, bok choy and/or spinach, lemon cake
Mon: fried fish
Tues: pastisio (sp?)
Wed: lamb steaks
Thur: Not sure.....
Fri: Kids gone and I am working late. Fend for yourself.
Sat - ginger chicken with peaches, mashed potatoes
Sun - Easter
Mon - individual meatloaves
Tues - leftovers
Weds - leftovers
Thurs - balsamic strawberry pizza with applewood smoked bacon
Fri - Mexican lasagna
M ? salmon penne, roasted broccoli
T ? leftover lamb pitas with greek salad and tzatziki
W ? grilled chicken fajitas, "refried" black beans
T ? grilled steaks, zucchini and potatoes with chimichurri sauce
F ? out for dinner, restaurant TBD
S ? chorizo, sundried tomato, poblano and jack cheese pizza
