Anyone have good seafood recipes?

My husband :loves: seafood, but I'm a little uncreative when it comes to cooking it. It seems like every recipe I come across is a variation of either shrimp scampi or bacon wrapped scallops.  If anyone has any unique or easy ideas, I'd love to hear them!

I make salmon at least once a week, either herb-crusted, or mustard and herb crusted, or lemon/butter roasted...we are huge salmon eaters.  I'll do a baked shrimp once in a while, with butter and breadcrumbs, lemon zest, rosemary... and whatever other herbs you want baked on top.

Wow, thanks! Now that's a lot of options. I'm not sure how I ever got bored cooking when there are so many great recipes like these out there.

before i answer-where do you live and what kind of places do you have where you can go and buy fresh fish? a fish market? the super market? have you gone to see what's available? because that's the first place to start. if you can't get fresh salmon, imo, dont bother as frozen's texture and taste are off.
