If you've been following the paint saga, here it is! We found someone to paint the kitchen and dining room for $300 total (including paint). The new color is Wheat Bread by Behr (color matched into Behr Paint + Primer)
Reminder of the old color

Here's the new color

This.
I like the new color a lot.
Yes, it was. The pics above are from the listing now. The realtor went yesterday and took pics. I am pleased with how it turned out. She said it looked fantastic irl. The pics look a bit washed out, I think, so I'll be interested to see the pics our friend takes (his brother in law did the painting, so he's going to send us pics too).
We had showings Thursday, Friday, and today. So, hopefully we get a bite. The people from Thursday requested the disclosure. So, we know they were at least a little interested.

Oh I love the green! But I agree with PPs that it looks great and think this definitely help in getting the house sold! Love how much brighter it looks with a neutral paint! Somehow it makes the kitchen look bigger. Thanks for sharing and good luck!
I'm a sucker for lime green, so I loved its previous color, BUT I am also artial to wheat bread as I used it for the stripes in my spare bedroom!
Hopefully, the place sells soon!
Honestly i love it. I liked your green for you, but I am a color chicken. (although I'm smart enough to know I an paint when in the market...)
Here's a good one for you... I went house shopping with my little sister (uh she's 28...) and she walked into the kitchen..
"Oh we could never buy this place. It doesn't have a double sink..."
