quick, is this a good price?
We are having a new backsplash put up. We already took down the old one. The wall still needs to be prepped for the new one. We are doing a herringbone pattern which will involve cutting all of the tile. Does $10/sq ft sound good? Its 40 sq ft and they want $400 for the labor. They are picking up the materials with no mark up.

I just paid $600 in a LcoL so I think you're getting a steal. But don't even think we have 40 feet.
ETA: I now remember 25ish ft for our kitchen.
