good evening ladies. forgive my lack of capitals, complete sentences and punctuation. broke my darn pinkie last night. grrr.
strictly indoor cat (buster) got out when i opened door for trick or treaters. he's never been outside and he broke his collar 3 days before so had no id on him. terrified i went running after him in bare feet. tripped over my new landscaping and broke my left pinkie. this was last night around 10. Zach found the cat around 10:30. Went to urgent care clinic today.
I'm now in love with our urgent care. I went to the Doctor's Care in Simpsonville. It was PACKED when we went in, and we were still out of there in an hour and a half. That included waiting our turn, filling out paperwork, seeing the dr, being sent for xrays, having xrays processed and read, seeing Dr. again, and having the finger braced. I'm soo impressed! Plus as a bonus my copay was only $20!!! i highly recommend that doctors care clinic for semi-emergencies.
Re: AW:broke my darn finger
Sorry about your finger! But I definately understand, if my cat ran out of the apartment on me I'd probably injure myself trying to rescue her!
That's great to know that Doctor's Care is that efficient! Its sad to know that I can make an apointment with my usual physician and if I had to do all of that it would probably be 2 or 3 hours before I would be finished! I've always been worried that it would be worse, but that's great! Where is the one in Simponville?
It really was a fantastic experience there, i was expecting to be there all day. I hope it's always like that.
It's right off fairview road.... if you take 385 s to fairview road, make a right off the exit ramp. Go through the first traffic light, and then at the second one i believe you make a left. dr's care will be on your left.
I went to Doctor's Care all the time for anything, big or small! They stiched up DH's finger and gave me shots for migraines as well as little things like sinus infections, etc. I would recommend them to anyone!!
Hope you're finger is feeling better!
