Okay remember me? The girl who's XBF dragged her by her hair up the steps and bashed her face in and gave her a concussion? Yeah that girl...
Well long story shortish, XBF appeared at my apartment the other night to "get his things", took my phone and went through all of my texts and messages on my facebook account. I had an anxiety attack trying to get away from him and I asked him to take me to the hospital. He left me on the floor sobbing and I couldn't breathe. So I called 911 saying I was going to commit suicide because they wouldn't have rushed for an anxiety attack. So an ambulence ride, 9 hours of sleeping in a basic padded room, and an hour with a crisis worker, I get discharged and go home to sleep. I wake up to 72 text messages from a number I don't know (XBF is blocked) threatening me and calling me rude, crude, vile names. I also had 8 missed calls from a private number and 5 voicemails from him, telling me he's going to get me fired and that I'm a *whoree and all of that juicy business. I had it, I called the police and filed a harassment report against violation of contact PFA.
I got a phone call about 20 minutes later after officer 633 spoke to his lutenant. I was asked to come to the station to file a written complaint and give exact examples with dates and times of texts. I then receive a phone call that they found XBF and requested he turn himself in this morning at 8am or there is a warrant out for his arrest. According to 633, he complied and agreed to turn himself in.
I then shortly after receive a voicemail of him SOBBING "Why did you do this to me after putting me on the streets! You're nothing but a kuntt and a whorree. I hate you!" haha.
Oh well, mo fo. That's what you get for beating me up. Bizzotch.

Never let this man near you again! While I can't believe you let him in your house again in the first place I have never truly been in your position. I would change your locks and get a new phone number. ASAP
Well we had a contact PFA with a no hit/harassment/stalking order so he could get his things out of the apartment, but he just randomly showed up when he was supposed to give an hour notice. I am having my landlord change the locks today and I went to verizon this weekend and got a new phone/number. It's scary as hell, but I'm am SO PROUD of myself for standing up to him. Bastardoo.

Good for you for standing up to him. Now KEEP AT IT. Don't let him near you. If he shows up at your apartment lock the door and call 911. File a report for the sobbing voicemail. That's still violating the restraining order.
Change your locks. Most Home Depot's have a policy that they will rekey your locks for free if you're being harassed, stalked, or the victim on DV. Have someone wait at your apartment, take the lock off, and go to HD. Explain the situation. They will help.
Good luck. I'm proud of you for (1) having the guts to stand up for him and (2) calling 911 when you knew you were in trouble. Both of those things take courage.

I feel really good about my decision even though I thought I would be wishy washy and feel bad about putting him in jail... But I feel really liberated. I feel happy again. Not so much anxiety. It's amazing.
My landlord changed every lock on the apartment for me while I was at work. XBF turned himself in this morning, thank God. And It's just so relaxing and refreshing to not wake up to 80 text messages calling you a whooree or a niggggar loving kunt. It's so nice.
