dark spots/redness on face
I'm looking for some skin care advice! I have fair skin with some freckles and an issue with redness on my face. The redness comes and goes. Can anyone recommend any facial products/powder? I've looked at the clinique line and I was wondering if anyone used it before I spend the money? Any other recommendations are also welcomed. Thanks!
Re: dark spots/redness on face
Is your redness on your cheeks or on other parts of your face? I have rosacea and haven't had much luck with the Clinique redness line. The moisturizer was good, but it's thick, so I only used it at night.
I have started using the Clinique turnaround concentrate and that has helped ot even out my skin tone. I still have the redness on my cheeks, but it's not as bad. If the redness is from your skin being dry, the best thing you can do it find mild cleansers and good moisturizers to bring back moisture to your skin. I also use Benefit Cosmetics Boing concealer and it does a good job of covering up my redness without looking too caked on.
I've also tried Smashbox's green primer for redness and didn't have much luck with it. However, I've heard others that have had some good results, so you could try that too. I know you can get the small sizer from Sephora's website. I think my redness is just too much for it to cover up.
