So like everyone I have a ton of leftover hard boiled eggs from Easter. I normally make a deviled egg filling with mayo and mustard but I would like to try something new this time. Any ideas?
Re: Best Deviled Egg Recipe?
There are endless combos.
Bacon, cheddar
Bacon, avacado
Feta
Tomato, basil
Shrimp
I just make the regular recipe and add in random ingredients that pair well together.
This is one of the few occasions where I need to have Miracle Whip instead of mayo...
We make ours with Miracle Whip, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, then sprinkled with paprika (or cayenne, for something a little different).
Good luck!
crab and chives
bacon
dill and chives
basil and sundried tomato
I always get requests:
mayo
mustard
sweet relish
Lowry's seasoning salt
dash of pepper
it's simple and do everything to taste, taste often to make sure.
