How the heck do I get match.com to leave me alone?

I turned everything off on that site and I'm still getting emails everyday and it seems like guys are still viewing my profile.  Is there an "OFF" switch I'm missing?

If you find out, let me know. I deleted my freaking profile, I've been in a relationship for nearly 5mths now and I still get weekly, sometimes daily, emails with my new matches. WTF!

I got them a long time after I deleted my profile. Did you unsubscribe through the link at the bottom of the email? There are several different mailing lists from match and I just kept unsubscribing through the little (and I mean little ... it takes some searching to find it) link and eventually it became apparent that I was off all their lists. Their email lists aren't tied to your profile being active or not. Once you sign up you have opted in for their emails, so I think this is the only way to stop getting them

Oh, thank you for that! My subcription was done last week and I'm sick of getting emails...especially of "recycled" guys!

If you want to PM me your user name I can search for it and see if it is still visible.  You can definitely unsub from their emails through the link at the bottom but personally if I was done with the website I would want to make sure my profile wasn't visible too.

I have never even subscribed to match.com and I get emails from them all the freaking time.

Well, the thing that makes me the most mad is realizing that I was probably looking at profiles and emailing guys who aren't even members on the site any more.  Think about it - if everyone has an issue getting them to really remove the profile, then there must be tons and tons of them! 

I changed my settings on both my profile and my account, so I have no idea what else to do.
