New Laminate/Bamboo flooring Recommendations?

We are going to be pulling the carpets in our house sometime in the next couple months, and replacing them with pergo, laminate, or bamboo flooring. Between the dogs doing zoomies and the cats cracking out in the house, our floors have a lot of wear and tear. I am leaning towards the Pergo XP laminate flooring from Home Depot, but we are open to whatever should hold up the best. Any recommendations?

We are remodeling our home too. When I talked about flooring with the sales person at our local flooring store he said that the laminate flooring will hold up to scratching from the dogs better than the other choices. I don't know if that is true or not, but that is what I was told and we decided to go with laminate.
We currently have laminate flooring in about 40% of our house. I love how well it stands up to the dogs and cats (and their water bowls!), but I'm not sure if it's worth it to pay for the XP flooring.
