What to do w/ thin cut steaks
I have some thin cut meat (like thin red steaks? they're really thin though) defrosted and am wondering what to do with it. I was thinking nachos, but was hoping to get some more ideas here. Thanks!

Stir-fry? Steak sandwiches?
Beef Bulgogi (sorry it's not clicky, my iPad won't let me). Serve with rice and kimchi. It's my favorite Korean dish.

My mom called it breaded steak, dip in egg, then flavored bread
crumbs: parsley, garlic & onion powders, salt, pepper, and I always add
a little poultry seasoning, & italian herb seasoning if you like.
Everyone goes crazy for it. (we like mashed potatoes & cornwith it)
