I just heard a cover of Landslide by Smashing Pumpkins.
All I can say is, no.
For the love of cheeus, NO!
Anyone have any extreme love or hate for certain covers?

Re: Um, what?!
That's the first time you heard it? I think it's been out for a while, but I don't mind that one.
I usually really love covers, if they are done right.
Some of my favorites:
Shinedown's version of Simple Man
Deftones version of Say It Ain't So
Korn's accoustic version of Creep, from their Unplugged album
Rob Zombie's version of Brick House
I love Smashing Pumpkins, but that makes me sad.
No, Billy! Bad!

I love you more now.

I'm a huuuuge Fleetwood Mac fan, so the SP cover made me cringe for sure.
Landslide is one of my favorite songs - I danced to it with my dad at my wedding.
I do not even want to hear this version! lol
LOL, welcome to 1994.
