Brussel sprouts: favorite recipe?

I grabbed some bs at the store- on sale, looked good. but I can honestly say, I've never cooked them before, not even sure if I've had them before! Maybe once as a kid, and I'm sure they were horrible since my mom screws up a can of green beans!

I was thinking of roasting them, but please share your fave recipes! TIA!

ps. these are more of a fall veggie aren't they?

they are more fall/winter, but i'm sure they'll still be good. personally i prefer them roasted. cut off the ends and slice in half. toss them with a little olive oil, salt, maybe some shredded parmesan and garlic. roast at 450 degrees for about ten minutes, or until they start to caramelize.

I saute them in olive oil then add balsalmic vinegar.  Yum!
