Newest organization purchase-pattern/magazine/book storage

In my never ending search for organization, I found this old blog entry from Crafterella with pattern storage.  I had been considering comic book storage boxes, but these are much easier to find irl (Office Max), and less expensive (6/$11.99).

I bought them in the Kraft paper color, but they come in white as well.

Patterns like the larger McCalls and Vogue patterns fit the way that Crafterella shows them, but the slightly narrower Simplicity, Butterick and Kwik Sew that I have fit side by side with the box oriented the way you would use it as a hanging file.  I think I am going to buy another set so that I can store my magazines and books, since they fit in there quite nicely.

The box is surprisingly sturdy...much sturdier than the banker's boxes you get at the office supply stores.

It goes pretty well with my photo boxes that I have used to organize trims and other sewing/craft stuff in my studio, which appeals to my obsessive side.lol
