Thoughts on this sideboard? (CL find...pip)

I have a long, 2 story foyer. I'm looking for a table to put in it. I'd like something longer. Saw this on CL for $200. It says it's an antique in good condition. Thoughts? (My aspired home style is casual southern, but not country.)

Now, I'm cracking up because I just realized that this is the same girl I bought a cane chair from last year. I recognized her email. She likes to buy furniture at estate sales and refinish them. But she is getting ready to move, hence why she's listing it on CL. I bought a chair from her last year. (that is still sitting in my 3rd floor untouched.) I must really like her taste in furniture.

I think its really pretty and with the right accent piece on top will fit your southern casual style well. $200 seems like a good deal for it too but maybe you can talk her down some too since you are a repeat customer.

I like it.  I'd probably try to negotiate down a bit, but I'd be ok paying that price, depending on construction quality.

She said it was from the 20/30s, so not really antiquey. However, I don't care about the antique part really.

She did say one of the back legs was cracked and looked like it had been glued together. (She bought it a couple years ago.) So, if it's not that obvious and the rest of the construction is good, I'll try to talk her down. I do think it has a lot of pretty character. I might go check it out this afternoon at lunch.

I bought one just like this off CL last summer that was in really good condition (no broken bits or discoloration) and only paid $100.  Talk her down a bit.

Went and looked at it at lunch, but ti was a little too beaten up to be worth $200, I thought. And I'm too chicken to actually negotiate with people on prices.
