I have been on a quest to find this dress. I finally figured it is BCBG. It's way more than I want to spend for a summer dress though. Any dupes for under $150?

This one is only $83 at Nords, but it has the color-block, but not the shift look.
I like this BCBG one also - same shape as the one you liked, but not the same colors and only $105 on sale.
This one is both shift and color-blocked, but it's slightly different and without sleeves ($138).
